As a food delivery partner, your job is to keep the Zepto supply chain moving in Sector-14: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. The role rewards consistency, showing up for regular shifts tends to translate directly into steadier weekly earnings. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹44,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- PAN card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Age 18+
- Valid driving licence
