Pickups take place at dark stores across Old Gurgaon, and the app confirms each collection before guiding you to the customer. Responsibilities
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
