Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from Blinkit warehouses across Gurgaon and deliver them to customers in Sushat Lok within the promised time window.
- Use the Blinkit mobile app to navigate optimal routes, update delivery status, and capture customer signatures or OTPs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and serviceability of your own bike, ensuring it meets Blinkit’s safety standards.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery transactions securely, if applicable, and reconcile daily earnings.
- Provide courteous, friendly service and address any customer queries or concerns on the spot.
- Report any technical issues with the app or delivery equipment to the regional support team promptly.
