You confirm each order in the app, collect it from dark stores, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. Everything runs through the Swiggy Instamart app: it shows you where to pick up, where to deliver, and how much you have earned so far. Working this role in Zeta 1 typically brings in ₹25,000–₹31,000 per month, more during busy seasons.

Responsibilities
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Double check the drop address in the app before starting the ride
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
Eligibility Criteria
- Any valid government photo ID
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Age 18 or above
- Valid driving licence
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
