You'll spend most of your shift moving through Omicron 3 and surrounding parts of Greater Noida, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zepto app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
