Zepto pairs new delivery riders in Omicron 2 with a short app based orientation before their first live order, covering navigation, order handling, and basic safety practices. After that, riders are free to build their own schedule around dark stores availability and personal preference. Most people are comfortable with the routine within a few shifts. The Zepto app does most of the coordination for delivery riders in Omicron 2: it assigns nearby orders, provides directions, and confirms each delivery once completed. Responsibilities
- Let support know if your vehicle breaks down
- Plan the safest route to each address
- Complete several short trips each hour
- Handle more than one order per trip when needed
- Keep fresh produce away from heavy items
- Report accidents to support immediately
- Say thank you to the customer at handover
- Stay in your assigned delivery area
