This role covers Zomato's Eta delivery zone in Greater Noida. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
