About the Job
From confirming the order with restaurant staff to handing it over at the door, the Swiggy app guides every step in Alpha 1. Shifts are flexible, but most delivery partners in Alpha 1 choose to be online during lunch and dinner when orders are plentiful. Pay for this position is ₹36,000–₹45,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Alpha 1.
Because this is a full-time opening, Swiggy is looking for delivery partners who can commit to regular hours across the week.
Responsibilities
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Pack multiple items so nothing tips over or leaks in the bag
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Any valid government photo ID
- Valid driving licence
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
