The Delivery Partner Role at Swiggy Instamart
Most trips begin and end within a few kilometres of dark stores, which is what lets delivery partners complete many orders in a shift. The Swiggy Instamart app shows when the order is packed and ready, so you are not waiting long at dark stores. Monthly pay sits in the ₹20,000–₹24,000 band for delivery partners in Bhuapur, with weekly settlement and incentives on top where applicable.
The position is part-time, and Swiggy Instamart leaves it to delivery partners in Ghaziabad to decide which hours they work.
Responsibilities
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Double check the drop address in the app before starting the ride
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride

- Working mobile number for OTP verification
