Job Description
Looking for Delivery Boy Work in Ambedkar Road? Blinkit is Hiring
Quick commerce is growing fast in Ambedkar Road, and Blinkit needs delivery boys who can handle short, frequent grocery trips through the day.
What You Will Be Doing
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. Busy periods keep the app full of nearby orders, while quieter stretches give you time to reposition or take a break. Typical monthly earnings are ₹25,000–₹30,000, based on the hours you choose and the volume of work in Ambedkar Road.
Part-time delivery boys typically work two to four hours a day in Ambedkar Road, usually around the busiest windows.
Responsibilities
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Address proof
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Any valid government photo ID
Why This Blinkit Role Stands Out
Working on two wheels carries risk, which is why Blinkit's accident and medical cover for active delivery boys is worth noting. Control over your hours is built into the job: you decide the days, the timing, and how long each shift runs.
The Ambedkar Road Area
Ambedkar Road is easy to learn for new delivery boys, and the app fills in the gaps until the streets become familiar. Grocery orders in Ambedkar Road rarely require a long ride, since the app matches delivery boys with the nearest of the dark stores.
