How the Delivery Partner Role Works
Most trips begin and end within a few kilometres of dark stores, which is what lets delivery partners complete many orders in a shift. The app tends to stay busy during lunch, evening, and weekend windows in Sector-72, with quieter periods in between. The position pays ₹26,000–₹33,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.
Full-time delivery partners typically work longer daily shifts, which is where the higher end of the earning range comes from.
Responsibilities
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
Eligibility Criteria
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Minimum age 18 years
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
