Zepto is scaling up its Sector-51 operations and needs dependable grocery delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with internet access
- Basic knowledge of local routes
