Zepto is looking for delivery boys who can reliably cover Sector 37, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹35,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Good communication
- Age 18+
