The day to day is straightforward: log into the Swiggy Instamart app, accept orders in and around Sector-22, and complete deliveries within the expected time window. Between orders, the app keeps you updated on the next pickup so there's little downtime. Pay runs ₹38,000–₹44,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
