Job Description
Part of Faridabad's Gig Economy: Swiggy Delivery Partner in Sector 16
Swiggy is looking for dependable delivery partners in Sector 16, with a monthly earning range of ₹28,000–₹36,000 for riders who stay active.
Each trip starts at one of the partner restaurants in and around Sector 16. You collect the packed order, check the item count, and ride it to the customer's address using the route the Swiggy app suggests. Most drops are within a few kilometres, so a single shift can cover a good number of trips. Meal rush hours bring the most requests, especially around lunch and dinner. The part time format fits well around college, another job or family commitments. Riders in this role can earn ₹28,000–₹36,000 per month, based on how active they are.
What We Expect on the Road
- Coordinate with restaurant staff when an order is delayed
- Keep conversations with customers polite and brief
- Keep packages sealed and upright during the ride
- Update order status in the app at each step
- Make sure food packets are closed and spill free
- Use GPS navigation to find addresses accurately
- Coordinate with customers for smooth handovers in gated buildings
What You Need
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Smartphone with internet access
- Bank account for weekly settlements
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
Many delivery partners in Faridabad use this role as a flexible second income alongside studies or another job. Because there is no fixed roster, it adapts to whatever else is going on in your week.
Riders covering Sector 16 are part of Swiggy's wider Faridabad network, and the app occasionally routes trips into neighbouring areas.
