Zepto is scaling up its Sector-15 operations and needs dependable delivery boys who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹35,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
