Zomato is looking for full-time delivery partners in Sector-12 to pick up from restaurants and deliver across the surrounding Faridabad area.
About the Delivery Partner Role
Orders in Sector-12 come from a wide mix of restaurants, from small local kitchens to larger restaurants, so pickup points vary through the shift. Training covers order handling, app usage, and safe riding, so first time delivery partners know what to expect before their first delivery. Working this role in Sector-12 typically brings in ₹23,000–₹30,000 per month, more during busy seasons.
The position is full-time, and Zomato expects delivery partners in Faridabad to work regular shifts through the week.
Responsibilities
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding
- Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
- Hand over the meal politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Respect building and society rules when delivering food inside gated premises
- Park safely outside restaurants and customer locations
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
Eligibility Criteria
- Any valid government photo ID
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- PAN card
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
