Zepto is scaling up its Greenfield operations and needs dependable delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Good communication
