This role covers Zepto's Dayal Bagh delivery zone in Faridabad. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹34,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
