Zepto is scaling up its City Centre operations and needs dependable delivery associates who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
