As a delivery boy for Zomato in Shastri Nagar, you'll pick up orders from nearby restaurants and deliver them to customers across Shastri Nagar and the surrounding Delhi area. Most delivery boys complete several deliveries per shift using the Zomato partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with internet access
- Age 18+
