Full Time Delivery Rider Job at CityMall, Patel Nagar
This is a fixed 8-hour daytime role, no night shifts, based out of a CityMall grocery dark store serving Patel Nagar, Delhi.
As a Delivery Rider based at the CityMall dark store in Patel Nagar, you'll pick up grocery and household orders, check the items before you leave, and deliver them to customers' addresses across Patel Nagar and nearby parts of Delhi. The shift is a fixed 8 hours during the day, so your working hours stay the same week to week. Pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Collect payment on cash on delivery (COD) orders
- Maintain records of completed deliveries and related paperwork
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
- Pick up orders from the dark store and deliver them to the customer's address
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike, scooter, or electric)
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- 18 years or above
