With demand for fast delivery rising in Old Delhi, Swiggy is expanding its delivery boy team and welcomes new applicants.
Swiggy is looking for delivery boys who can reliably cover Old Delhi, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹29,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Good communication
- Age 18+
