Zepto's NSP operation runs on a network of delivery riders who handle pickups from local dark stores and drop-offs to customers across the area. Routes stay concentrated in the immediate area, so you won't be crossing the city for a single order. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Good communication
- Age 18+
- PAN card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
