From collecting the order at dark stores to the handover at the door, the Zepto app guides each step of a grocery delivery. In-app partner support is available to delivery riders for issues that come up during a shift, from address problems to payout questions. The earning range for this Zepto role is ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month, and consistent partners tend to land toward the upper end.
The position is full-time, and Zepto expects delivery riders in Delhi to work regular shifts through the week.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Check the order against the app before leaving dark stores
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Hand over the order politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Follow the app's route unless a road is closed or unsafe

- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Minimum age 18 years
- Aadhaar card
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
