Zepto's Nizamuddin operation runs on a network of delivery boys who handle pickups from local dark stores and drop-offs to customers across the area. Routes stay concentrated in the immediate area, so you won't be crossing the city for a single order. Pay runs ₹26,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
