Job Description
Your Next Delivery Boy Job Could Be in Model Town
There is no office, no fixed desk and no long interview: Zomato delivery boys in Model Town work straight from the app.
A normal day might include a dozen or more short trips around Model Town, a few longer ones into neighbouring parts of Delhi, and short breaks between requests. How many trips you take is largely up to you. Food orders are best delivered hot, so riders are encouraged to head out as soon as the restaurant hands over the bag. Part time riders often log in only for the busy lunch or evening hours. The listed pay band is ₹27,000–₹36,000 per month, and actual earnings depend on the number of trips.
What the Job Involves
- Mark pickups and drops in the app as they happen
- Settle any cash collected as per company process
- Be courteous with customers and store staff
- Maintain good ratings through timely, friendly service
- Plan short, efficient routes between pickups and drops
- Wear a helmet and obey traffic rules on every trip
- Call the customer if a gate, floor or landmark is unclear
What You Need
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
If you enjoy riding and do not want a desk job, this is honest outdoor work with clear rules: pick up, drop off, stay safe, and get paid for what you complete.
Zomato has been active in Model Town for a while, and the local Delhi team adds riders whenever demand picks up.
