This role covers Swiggy's Karol Bagh delivery zone in Delhi. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- PAN card
