On a Typical Shift
- Aim for positive customer feedback on every drop
- Update order status in the app at each step
- Check that drinks and sauces are sealed before leaving the restaurant
- Wear a helmet and obey traffic rules on every trip
- Check the order ID and item count before leaving the store
- Keep hot food in the insulated bag until handover
- Wait at the restaurant counter until the order is ready
