As a delivery boy, your job is to keep the Zepto supply chain moving in Dwarka Sector 26: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly

- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
