Zepto is scaling up its Dabri operations and needs dependable food delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
