Responsibilities
- Do not carry more than one passenger per trip
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes and heavy traffic
- Do not take detours or stop unnecessarily during a trip
- Help the passenger with small bags or items when needed
- Stay within your usual service area to keep pickups quick
- Keep the app open and location on while online
- Report fare or route issues to support through the app
- Provide the passenger with a helmet and ensure it is worn

- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Age 18 or above
- Address proof
