The Delivery Rider Role at Zepto
From pickup at dark stores to handover at the door, each delivery in Alipur is guided step by step by the Zepto app. Clear communication through the app, such as marking arrival or calling when needed, makes every delivery easier. Pay for this position is ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Alipur.
This part-time position is designed for delivery riders who need flexibility more than a full daily schedule in Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order
- Be courteous to store staff and customers on every trip
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
Eligibility Criteria
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Age 18 or above
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
