Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Alaknanda, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹31,000–₹38,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
