Beyond the per-delivery earnings, delivery riders get weekly payouts, so you're never waiting long for your money. Many also qualify for performance bonuses once they build up a delivery history, and the flexible shift system means you can work around other commitments. Over time, consistent delivery riders in Alandurai tend to build a reliable weekly income rather than relying on one-off orders.
Demand in Alandurai has been steady enough for Swiggy to keep hiring delivery riders throughout the year. That consistency is part of what makes the role a reliable option locally.
