As a delivery rider, your job is to keep the Zepto supply chain moving in Vanagram: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. The role rewards consistency, showing up for regular shifts tends to translate directly into steadier weekly earnings. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
