As a delivery partner for Zepto in Thirunagar, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Thirunagar and the surrounding Chennai area. Most delivery partners complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹32,000–₹39,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
- PAN card
- Smartphone with internet access
