Working as a delivery boy for Zepto means covering Paruthipattu and nearby parts of Chennai, picking up and dropping off orders throughout your shift using the Zepto app. Order volume tends to pick up during peak meal and shopping hours, which is when most delivery boys earn the most. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Aadhar card
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
