Job Description
The day to day is simple: go online in the Zomato app, accept orders in and around Navalur, and complete each delivery within the expected time window. Earnings for each completed delivery are updated in the app, so you can see your progress through the shift in real time. ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month is the expected earning range for this position, with peak-time incentives adding to it.
Full-time delivery partners typically work longer daily shifts, which is where the higher end of the earning range comes from.
Responsibilities
- Park safely outside restaurants and customer locations
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during peak hours
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app
- Call the customer via the app if the delivery address is unclear
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the food
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Aadhaar or Voter ID card
- Address proof
- PAN card
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
