Join Zomato as a Delivery Rider in Maraimalai Nagar
Zomato needs more delivery riders in Maraimalai Nagar to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
You'll spend most of your shift moving through Maraimalai Nagar and surrounding parts of Chennai, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Most delivery riders find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
