This role covers Zepto's Iyyapanthangal delivery zone in Chennai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
