Zepto needs more delivery riders in Chintadripet to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
As a delivery rider for Zepto in Chintadripet, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Chintadripet and the surrounding Chennai area. Most delivery riders complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹26,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
