Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from Zepto fulfillment centers in Bhubaneswar and deliver them to customers across localities such as Jaydev Vihar, Saheed Nagar, and Nayapalli.

- Use the Zepto Android app to confirm order acceptance, capture real‑time GPS data, and obtain customer signatures.
- Plan and optimise daily routes based on traffic patterns and local route awareness to maximise the number of deliveries per hour.
- Provide courteous, friendly service while handling customer queries or issues on the spot.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, wear protective gear, and keep your two‑wheeler in good working condition.
- Report any technical glitches or delivery exceptions through the Zepto partner portal within 24 hours.
