Role Summary
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. Customers can see your progress in real time, which is why keeping the app updated at pickup and drop matters. Expect monthly earnings of ₹26,000–₹35,000, with weekly payouts and the option to earn more during high-demand windows.

Responsibilities
- Report missing or damaged items through the app immediately
- Pick up orders from dark stores promptly once assigned
- Stay close to dark stores between orders to keep waiting time short
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Hand over the order politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance while on duty
Eligibility Criteria
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Aadhaar card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Address proof
