Zomato is scaling up its Nehru Nagar operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹29,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
