You'll spend most of your shift moving through Nagavara and surrounding parts of Bengaluru, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zepto app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
- Age 18+
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
