Job Description
As a delivery partner for Zepto in Malagala, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Malagala and the surrounding Bengaluru area. Zepto provides a delivery bag and t-shirt at onboarding, so you are ready for your first order from dark stores. Pay for this position is ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Malagala.
As a part-time role, it lets you pick a few hours a day in Malagala and still get paid weekly by Zepto.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders within the quick delivery window shown in the app
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Ride safely on short routes, especially in residential lanes
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
Eligibility Criteria
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Any valid government photo ID
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
