Pickups take place at dark stores across Madiwala, and the app confirms each collection before guiding you to the customer. Order volume in Madiwala typically picks up during peak hours, which is when delivery riders complete the most deliveries. A delivery rider in this role can expect ₹24,000–₹33,000 per month, depending on how many shifts they work in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance while on duty
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
- Deliver every order to the correct address within the expected time
