As a delivery partner for Zepto in Kannamangala, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Kannamangala and the surrounding Bengaluru area. Most delivery partners complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
