Role Summary
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. Short local routes mean less fuel spent per delivery and less time riding empty between orders in HSR 2. Working this role in HSR 2 typically brings in ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month, more during busy seasons.
This part-time position is designed for delivery riders who need flexibility more than a full daily schedule in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Handle cold and frozen items quickly so they stay at the right temperature
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Reach dark stores within the pickup time shown in the app
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- PAN card
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
